Over the years, GPA has developed its own system of sharing resources between our offices. This has given GPA the ability to become one of the largest land-surveying firms in the area. Typically, a Land Developer will use a “preferred” engineering firm. When teamed up with GPA, a synergy takes place that allows every stage of the project to go smoothly, efficiently, on time and on budget.

As your Professional Land Surveyor, GPA’s involvement extends from the completion of the design phase of a project – through the actual construction of the infrastructure, subdividing, recording of lots – and so on. In order to streamline the process, we believe the relationship between the owner/developer should be nurtured. This brings the owner’s product to market quicker and with a much tighter focus on costs. Completion of as-builts and knowing the requirements of each county and/or city municipality are integral aspects of the job. We recognize that our work is the basis for all others.
